AC Test Furnace
A very prestigious metal manufacturing facility in Morocco recently purchased an AC processing 350KVA test plant. The plant includes the belt feeder, fully automated 350KVA AC EAF and cooing plant for the unit. A unique air-cooled Tx also allowed for the customer to enjoy savings on the plant capital cost to meet the limited budget available to purchase the unit.
The plant electrical supply and control system was purposely built into a small 20ft container to reduce installation time on site. This plant is ideal to test any product before committing to a large furnace plant. Such a plant can also be used as a small production facility for high value metals.

Helical bevel gearboxes for full control of the arm in the raise or lower position without backlash.
LOADING FOR DELIVERY
Containerised electrical power supply for minulimal on site installation periods.
AC PLANT MANUFACTURING
The plant allows for the processing of materials in an AC plant for example, tin, copper and all low temperature processes.
WATER COOLING SYSTEM
Open evaporative cooling system for cooling on the water cooled shell.
ELECTRICAL PLANT INSTALLATION - AIR COOLED TRANSFORMER
Air cooled transformer and filters. Contactor and drives panels.
