DC Test Furnace
A very reputable international trading firm purchased a 275KVA DC plant to develop a unique and ground breaking process for one of the firms commodities.
The plant consisted of pneumatic feeder, fully automated DC furnace, off gas handling equipment and closed loop glycol cooler to meet the demands of the harsh environment
The plants, electrical supply, control system and cooling system, was purposely built into a small 20ft container to reduce installation time on site. This plant is ideal to test any product before committing to a large furnace plant. Such a plant can also be used as a small production facility for high value metals.
